Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Roochi.com. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern your business relationship with Roochi Traders Inc. (Roochi) and your use and access to this Website, including your selection of products from this Website for purchase (collectively, "Agreement"). All sales are subject to Roochi's standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, outlined herein. Roochi may make changes to the information contained in this Website, or to the products and/or services described and contained herein, at any time and without notice. USE OF THIS WEBSITE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE.

Prices Quantities, Style and Colors
We welcome all customers, and all prices are subject to a proper purchase order between Roochi Traders, Inc. and the customer without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices in effect at the time of shipping. Roochi Traders, Inc. reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabric without notice. Slight variances in color can occur from order to order. There is a minimum order for case packs, please reference individual styles for more information.

Order Placing and Shipping
Most in-stock, credit approved orders, for standard delivery (before 2:00 PM) will be shipped same day by UPS or by another method requested by the customer. All additions to any order already placed will be considered and written as a new purchase order. For your protection, we will only accept written orders and reserve the right to not process incomplete orders. Partial shipments may be made unless requested otherwise. Roochi Traders, Inc. will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss or damage during shipping. All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. origin Roochi Traders, Inc. will ship merchandise specified by the customer. All freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be filed directly with the carrier except UPS and Fed Ex shipments. Customer pick-up service is available form 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Please call ahead for pick-up time to confirm your order is ready.

Deposit and Payments
Company checks are requested once credit has been approved. Past due invoices are subject to a service change. Certain orders may require a deposit. We accept cash, cashiers checks, Visa and MC. Interest will be applicable, maximum allowed by law. No orders will be shipped unless all required Roochi Traders, Inc. documents are filled out completely, verified, and Resale ID is obtained.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns
  • If you wish to return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise, please email customer service at info@roochi.com.  Indicate the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for the return.  Make sure to include your order number in your email. Any returned merchandise must be verified with a Return Authorization Number.
  • Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip.
  • A $5.00 shipping return fee will be deducted from your refund amount. 
  • Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise.
  • We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the returned items.  Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

**Roochi is not responsible for any lost returns.  We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.

Claims and Cancellations
Claims of shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt.

Samples
Samples will be shipped at a per piece unit price, plus handling charge and freight cost. Samples are available upon request and cannot be returned. Sample pieces also carry a $15 charge per order.
